Event Templates

Event templates in Open Tele are an essential tool for admins to create events quickly and efficiently. Admins can create event templates and assign members such as doctors, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to these templates. By creating an event template, admins can define the details of the event such as the event name, duration, date range, and other necessary information. They can then assign members to the event template, which means that they will automatically be invited to each instance of the event created from the template. This feature saves time for admins, as they do not have to manually create each event instance and invite members individually. Instead, they can create the event template once and reuse it multiple times. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create a new event template.

Step 1 : Click on Event Templates

To create a new event template, you need to start by clicking on "Event Templates" on the main dashboard of Open Tele. This will take you to the list of existing event templates.

Step 2 : Click on Create New Event Template

Once you are on the event templates page, you will see a button labeled "Create New Event Template." Click on this button to start creating your new event template.

Step 3 : Enter Details to Create an Event Template After clicking on "Create New Event Template," you will be taken to a form where you can enter the details for your new event template. Here are the fields you need to fill out:

Event Name : This is the name of your event template. Choose a descriptive name that will help you and your team identify the event easily.

Duration : Select the duration of your event in minutes. This will determine how long each instance of the event will last.

Range of Dates : Choose a range of dates when you want to accept the event. This will restrict the date range that attendees can select when they sign up for the event.

Other details : Depending on your use case, you may need to enter other details such as event description, event location, or any specific instructions for attendees.

Step 4 : Click on SAVE

Once you have filled out all the required fields, click on the "Save" button to create your new event template. Your new template will be added to the list of existing event templates, and you can now use it to create new events.
